11.1 A party is obliged to keep strictly confidential any confidential information it receives from the other party under the agreement and may not communicate it to third parties without the prior written consent of the other party or use it for purposes other than the execution of the agreement. 10.2 If products or spare parts delivered under the contract infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties, the supplier, at its own expense: (i) will give the distributor and its customers the right to continue to use the products or spare parts that violate the law, ii) modify the hurtful products or spare parts so as not to make them hurtful or (iii) replace the products or spare parts contrary by non-hurtful articles. . . .
