It is a good idea to set up an educational plan soon after the birth of a child (if the parents are not in a relationship) or just after the end of the relationship or marriage. If one of the parents has difficulty exercising parental rights or fulfilling their obligations, an educational plan helps to regulate the situation. Our laws advise against fighting things in court before talking about things and trying to find an amicable solution. Me and my daughters mother signed a written contract between us and all parties signed an agreement on rules and regulations and was stamped by juices. My question is whether I can take this agreement (contract) to court to have it registered.
