I ordered the Internet more than a week ago. They said they would be here on 1/8 No Show no call no email. So I called and they said they would be there on the 11. Nothing more. I called several times and was told they would be there on the 12. No call. I watched today, and they won`t be there until the 26th. Needless to say, I cancelled and it`s Cable America. It`s better to pay the extra for an unlimited date on my phone than to take care of it. I know things are going on, but call, email, write something to keep me informed. I turned off my other internet the day they said they would be there.
This company is horrible, and when you call a company, they make fun of you when they think you`re waiting. Very bad deal. Today I called to tell them not to bother going out.
