All students are invited to sign an agreement on the safety procedure for scientific laboratories. They are expected to understand all the rules, safety practices and rules of conduct in the science laboratory and that violations may lead to students being removed from the science course or other consequences determined by the teacher. The Office of Labor Relations is responsible for the development and implementation of CUNY`s labour relations. The ministry negotiates collective agreements with CUNY faculty and staff unions, including the 20,000 Members Professional Staff Congress/CUNY, the 10,000 people „White Collar“ and Blue Collar Classified Staff Unions. The department also handles the second stage of the university for complaints and disciplinary action and provides colleagues with ongoing advice and training on issues related to contract interpretation and related issues (note that this is not an agreement to purchase student portraits). The London North Eastern Railway has resumed operations on the East Coast Main Line from 24 June 2018. A service agreement was reached between the Secretary of State for Transport, DfT OLR Holdings Limited and London North Eastern Railway Limited on June 24, 2018.
